Starting at the end of March, Fiamma restaurant in NYC will offer a series of intimate cooking classes with its James Beard Award winning chef, Fabio Trabocchi.  Fiamma under Fabio's supervision recently received three stars from The New York Times making it one of only eight Italian restaurants to garner this merit.

Classes begin at 11 a.m. and each class costs $ 100 per person or $ 250 for all three classes.
