You wonder why have unbranded videos on websites and blogs. The main purpose of unbranded videos is to add them to my listings on the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island and get cooperative real estate agents to show my properties. Also when I go on listing presentations, I can show sellers that I'm very different from my competitors. Not only do I take dozens of pictures about their homes but put both branded and unbranded videos on the world wide web and multiple listing websites.
