The Estates at Bayside board of directors and Dominick Signorile, manager of this coop complex want to make it easier for current shareholders and future buyers to have easier access to the required application package needed to transfer ownership of coop units from the current shareholder to new owner.

For potential buyers of co-op apartments located in the Estates at Bayside Owners complex, this service is provided free-of-charge so these future shareholders can download and print blank copies of the full resale application package in the convenience and privacy of their own homes.
