1. RE: Estates at Bayside Shareholders Message Board & Latest News
I live at the Estate of Bayside and i must say i really enjoy the neighborhood a lot. unfortunately, a lot of residents including myself have concerns. Over the past couple of months our Maintenance went up pver 100 dollars because according to the letter of explanation increase of Oil and the windoow project. However, oil has gone down tremendously and I still haven't seen new windows. I think it would be great if residents can get a copy of the management books to see exactly and the amount of money they spend. As you can tell a lot of us are frustrated with the increase of maintenance.
