The Astor Center in New York City will be offering the public an excellent opportunity to learn valuable wine and food pairing 'tricks of the trade' on Monday evening, December 1, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
This class is called Sommelier's Secrets: Principles of Wine & Food Pairing and will be led by Marnie Old, considered to be one of the country's leading wine personalities. Marnie is Director of Wine Studies at Manhattan's renowned French Culinary Institute.
