This video clearly shows the need for extensive renovations of an one family semi-detached home located at 1450 East 23rd Street, Brooklyn. John Maniec, a NYS licensed real estate broker has recently completed a written broker's price opinion (BPO) for this property. This video was done to visually verify that written opinion and show that easily $ 100,000 could be spent to bring this short sale/foreclosure pending property up to a liveable condition.

Dear Mr. Maniec,
I am a real estate agent in Charleston. S.C. I realize you are from the Queens district of New York, but thought you could help me.
I have been doing BPO's for another broker within my office. In reality, I take the photos, do the CMA's, and finally list the property in the broker's name. I realize that I could be doing BPO's for other mortgage institutes and receive at least $50 per home I photograph. I am not being compensate as such.
My question to you is how does an agent get to be a BPO and begin to work with these institutes? I have researched the internet and find many offers of purchasing books, video, lists, etc . I have tried to find seminars or workshops that would help me. So far I have not found any.
I found your blog and watched the BPO Video. I thought this was a great idea to back up the written report. I noticed also, on your page faith based issues. This made me think you might just be someone who would help me.
Sincerely,
Bev Christ
