Thank goodness this isn't FL or CA or many other locations in the country.  Many sellers and buyers are being very cautious in our marketplace because of what is happening on the national scene.  Some find our market tough going including Realtors and For Sale By Owners.  However, I've been a residential Realtor now for over 30 years and I find this a more normal market.  It is taking anywhere from 45 to 90 days to sell if a seller and Realtor have a reasonable price on the property.  Interest rates are very good.  And, house owners need to understand that their properties must shine in order to meet the competition head on.  The name of the game is patience.
