CBRA Zone Maps being Revised

New digital maps are changing the identified CBRA zones. FWS is seeking public comment on the new digital maps as part of the Report to Congress: John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System Digital Mapping Pilot Project before Wednesday, Aug. 5.

You Can’t Get Flood Insurance Up There Right?

There was a time when FEMA provided flood insurance for the “Off Road” beaches of Carova. Then later on they designated to whole area a CBRA Zone (Coastal Barrier Resources Act)
