I have gotten word that Bank of America will be auctioning some of their foreclosed properties this Saturday at the Downtown Convention Center in Raleigh. Included in that auction will be 3 along the Outer Banks. They are 1691 Sandpiper Rd. in Swan Beach, 223 Soundside Rd. In KDH, and 26126 Sand Dollar Ct. in Hatteras.

OK so it seems that the last top 10 wasn't enough because it only covered houses & there are many more lots for sale to choose from. So on the beginning of each month I will do houses & on the middle of each month I will do Lots. So here we go!
