How to add branded live chat for free!

I do not know why we did not do this sooner. We have switched our live forums, user blogs and added live chat to our website using a third party easily and for free, very similar to the way that Realtown has been integrated into RISMedia.com.
Why re-invent the wheel? Ning.com is aligned with Google, not going anywhere, and getting really cool. I was able to turn the branded chat I have as a result of the switch into a widget on our MUWordpress blog in a matter of minutes: see Socialmediasystems.com/blog/ - the link is in the upper left under the header.
The only drawback is that ning.com inserts a few Google ads on the right of the forums (their revenue model) but not the chat window - not a big deal for me because we intentionally define our own niche in a ridiculously competitive industry (online marketing services), but it could be problematic for Realtors to use the forums, however they could use the Chat as a stand-alone solution; and use their Realtown Group, or Community for forums.
I think that ning.com should have an alternative paid service instead of having ads. I will attempts to get them to consider it.
If any of you have questions about doing the branding for the ning.com service to match your website and logo and stuff, I just did it yesterday so I would be happy to assist you here, just ask your questions.
This is the very reason why I say that traditional SEO is dead, these very elaborate third party services, ajax drag and drop features, open-social and the like will eventually completely close the technology gap, creating a much more level playing field. Very soon you will realize that Realtown communities will also be part of these developments. Comments, questions?
