Mortgage rates are floating around the 4% mark -

Hello Buyers the prices have stablized. This is the perfect time to be purchasing a home anywhere in the Tampa Bay area. Inventory is starting to reduce. Sellers are negotiating, and some are offering incentives such as: paying closing costs, decorating allowances, community fees paid in advance and even some CDD fees. Lutz home inventory has reduced. The foreclosures have been spoken for and the short sales in Lutz are few and far between. There are still excellent deals due to the motivation of the the sellers.

FHA has increased their loan levels, interest rates are down and the Florida Legislature is looking at tax caps (see separate article). Do you want to get into your OWN home. Call me with your questions.
