DELANCO — Burlington County government officials have begun planning and planting for the second phase of development at one of its newer parks to improve recreation for people and dogs.
Mary Pat Robbie, director of the county department of resource conservation, said a separate dog park area will be created where canines may romp without getting lost in the woods.
