• January 5, 2009 - Happy New Year!
We would like to wish you all a Happy New Year.
The Real Estate Market needs a huge jump start by the goverenment here in January to get it going for the new year. None of us have a crystal ball but with the prices of homes starting to level off at a realistic price level we should be seeing a up swing of new buyers to the market. There are currently approxiamately 13 months of homes on the market right now. The prices are low so if your looking for an investment property this is the time to by as it is a Buyers market right now. There are currently many homes available, that are priced under $100K.
So if your thinking that the stock market isn't your best bet than real estate might be the investment that your looking for at this time.
Starting next Friday we're rolling out our new "H2K PROPERTY HOT SHEET". This Hot Sheet will list properties that we believe to be below current market value. We'll start e-mailing each of our past clients, friends & family this list once a week. We hope you'll like it.
