There's nothing like a good old fashioned water fight. No where but Tybee could conceive of a unique city wide water fight! It is so much fun people drive for hours, fly in and boat in to be part of the parade. Everyone winds up getting wet and enters into the spirit of the water fight. Plan now to be part of the parade, in fact the whole weekend is great.

Beachside is a family place. It was developed by the Tommy Clark Family. They made an honest effort to keeping it for families to come and enjoy.
Some families come because the kids are little and they want some memories of those times before they slip away. Others come because time is slipping away and they want to make memories to leave behind. For some it is a dream come true. Others just enjoy being together.
This condo is the last three bedroom condo in The Vue. It features two Master suites and a third bedroom with it's own bath. There is a glorious view of the ocean and the Beachside pools. What is not to like?
So, come on in and look around...

Relax and rest a while...

Take a walk on the beach or jump in for a swim...

Wake up to the sunrising over the Atlantic!

It truly is sunny and mild today. The temperature is going as high as 79 degrees and as low as 45. The most beautiful part of the day is the first part though. Look at this sunrise taken from the View this morning.

Beachside is a great place to rest and find peace. We have daily, weekly and monthly rentals plus a few long term rentals. What could be better than renting? Buying of course. You can own the condo this photo was taken from. And this is a buyers market now.

Tybee is the perfect stop for northerners who find Florida too hot and are looking at the second home market. They know they don't want to go back north. While the taxes and insurance are higher in Florida, taxes on Tybee are even less than those in Savannah. In fact, Port Wentworth, a small town near the Port Authority is about the same in taxes. Compared to some of the other Georgia islands and historic Savannah, it is very reasonable.
Tybee Island is only 3.5 miles long. Therefore, the demand for property is bound to return to pre-2007 levels. It is the most convenient coastal area from Atlanta or Chattanooga. The Georgia Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors are expecting prices and sales to increase by the third quarter of 2008. So shop now while it's a buyer's market!
