Sorry for my technical difficulties!

  My hard drive died, you know the story... all the new stuff to load, how to use it?  What a time!

But now we are back up and running to tell you how really great it is here at Tybee!

The rental company has been filling up their listings since the first part of March.  The weather has been great and real estate sales traffic has picked up.  Looks like it is going to be a great summer!

Well, it cooled off yesterday.  It's still sunny but not mild.   It got down to 37 last night and is now only 57.  But, have no fear - it is back up to the mid 60's tomorrow.  Saturday is supposed to be 70.  The really good news is that we might get some rain on Friday.  If you didn't know, we are in a drought here.
