Beachside is a family place.  It was developed by the Tommy Clark Family.  They made an honest effort to keeping it for families to come and enjoy. 

Some families come because the kids are little and they want some memories of those times before they slip away.  Others come because time is slipping away and they want to make memories to leave behind.  For some it is a dream come true.  Others just enjoy being together.

This condo is the last three bedroom condo in The Vue.  It features two Master suites and a third bedroom with it's own bath.  There is a glorious view of the ocean and the Beachside pools.  What is not to like?

So, come on in and look around...

The rental company has been filling up their listings since the first part of March.  The weather has been great and real estate sales traffic has picked up.  Looks like it is going to be a great summer!

Well, it cooled off yesterday.  It's still sunny but not mild.   It got down to 37 last night and is now only 57.  But, have no fear - it is back up to the mid 60's tomorrow.  Saturday is supposed to be 70.  The really good news is that we might get some rain on Friday.  If you didn't know, we are in a drought here.
