If you are trying to make money by selling ad spaces and writing paid review then you are leaving behind a huge chunk of money on the table.

You can actually earn two times more from your blog by promoting affiliate programs.

How?

You can do so by linking specific keywords in your blog posts into affiliate programs.

Take the following example:

==>>Your blog is about real estate and you've talked about "home moving". What you can do is you can link that very keyword to an affiliate program. Now your readers can follow that link to buy the related service and you'll be the one earning commission out of it.

Let's say you have another post and you have the phrase "home staging". You can link this keyword to a good home staging tutorial video or service and if your readers buy the video or hire the staging service from that very link you'll be the one getting paid again.

Getting paid commissions out of the keywords that lead to affiliate links is not a small deal. Can you imagine how much impact will that be making to your overall blog income?

But how?

The reason being- you have those keywords already linked with the affiliate link and it is going to stay right there. This means you…. yes, YOU will be the one AGAIN to earn commissions even if someone reads that post after say, 5 months or 8 months. Now, think about all the hundreds of blog posts lying idle on your blog. Don't you want to earn from them lifelong??

But its not possible to edit all of them, that might take a really loooong time.

Fact is: Ninja Affiliate (a powerful wordpress plugin) can do that. All your blog posts that laid idle and all those keyowrds that you wanted to link can be made affiliate links instantly, that can earn you passive commissions.

What about all those thousands of RSS subscribers you have? I can bet most of your loyal readers read your blog using RSS feed. That means they see no ads, and they don't increase any page views. Unfortunately they just don't do anything to increase your earning.

BUT linking your keywords to affiliate links will earn you money even from your RSS readers as well.

Check out what more Ninja Affiliate can do: CLICK HERE

Think of the possibilities and fore-see how far you can go with your blog incomes. The choice is yours, whether to stick with your penny-wise income or learn an effective affiliate marketing here: CLICK HERE

What They Are, How to Acquire Them & Everything Else a Realtor Needs to Know

No matter which line of work it is that you are in, you naturally would want to stay on top of things. This means having all the tools and information that you need at your disposal. The same thing applies when it comes to the real estate business. Whether you're a Realtor who's flying solo or if you're part of a real estate firm with a team of colleagues all working together - you need to stay informed so that you can be on top of your game.

Real Estate Leads: The Basics

One of the most important aspects of being a Realtor that you need to acquire skills for is generating leads. Lead generation is a marketing term which refers to the creation or generation of a prospective customer's interest, inquiry and eventual consumption of a particular product or service. This means that acquiring leads is all about generating interest from a prospective buyer or seller of a real estate property.
Don't blame me---it's Shameless Promotion Month! If there's one thing I've learned as both an author and a 15+ year PR/marketing consultant to Realtors, it's that you can't be shy about promoting your book. So, if you're looking for a little humor, a bit of an escape, consider getting the book the Midwest Book Review calls "hilarious and much worth the read, even for those with little interest in real estate, just for the human story that is laid out." Visit http://urlcover.com/relaughs to see reviews of All In A Day's Work for Real Estate Agents: Humorous & Heartwarming Stories, read a few excerpts (in Media section of website) and to order today!

lately, I've been having a splendid argument with Ken Montville about whether you should use your name (Juliet Johnson) in your social media (web 2-0) activities or your business (HomeStagingNJ). I use both, but think that my name, if I promote it properly, will become synonymous with Home Staging and Marketing in NJ.

His point is that no-one knows him in California or points far afield, but if they're looking for a house in the Maryland suburbs, they'll search on md suburban homes and find him easy. (They will, he's positions' 1 - 5 on Google for "MD suburbs")

What do you all think?
