You may have seen press reports about how the homes on the Treasure Coast of Florida are over priced.  This is entirely incorrect.  We have seen an adjustment in pricing, but the writers of these articles are using very generic information that apply to other parts of the nation.  I feel that we are going through an equalization phase or a leveling.  Over my 30 years in real estate, I have seen many times where we went through a equalization phase.  The sellers and agents need to be very patient during this time.
