5 Ways to Speed Up Your Sale

1. Price it right. Set a price at the lower end of your property’s realistic price range.

2. Get your house market ready for at least two weeks before you begin showing it.

3. Be flexible about showings. It’s often disruptive to have a house ready to show on the spur of the moment, but the more often someone can see your home, the sooner you’ll find a seller.

4. Be ready for the offers. Decide in advance what price and terms you’ll find acceptable.

5. Don’t refuse to drop the price. If your home has been on the market for more than 30 days without an offer, be prepared to lower your asking price.

According to Copyscape, your post appears, word for word, on 32 different web pages and blogs. I don't it is your original content, yet it seems that is what you have passed it off as. I have seen versions of this years ago.

Mr. Devlin, you are correct.  This is from a NAR handout that I am authorized to use.  I have posted several here and had put a note in each one where it had originated.  I inadvertently left the notice out of this one. I have created a new category NAR Consumer Handouts and moved all of the ones I have posted to this category.  This way, no one will be confused and think that something I have posted is my original work when it is a NAR handout. Now, if you would be so kind as to check the rest of my posts, because they are my original works and if there are duplicates out there on the web, someone is plagiarizing me!  Thanks!  :)
