This is intended to be a Florida real estate blog which will also include real estate-related topics not specific to Florida but rather real estate in general. Once in a while, I'll even throw in a few that are non-real-estate-related but may be of interest to some readers.

We keep trying to get the word out about real estate agents vs. REALTOR, but the media and even REALTORS seem to constantly confuse the terms. I even caught myself interchanging the terms in my blogging! You're going to like blogging. It's a great discipline!
