I currently use Property Minder but have been looking at the Point2Agent company. can anyone speak to the advantages and disadvantages of these two companies or suggest some other possible options. What features do they have in common or what stands out about each one.
Thanks to all who can provide comment
Dear Suzy,
Point 2 offers great product with regards to easy of use, and terriffic support. They also have a list of independent web-site designers to chose from. As far advantages go, the advantage is that they offer every imaginable option available, they have integrity and I feel good about every dollar I spend with them.
They are truly the nicest people I've done business with in years!!
Hope this helps ck my web-site www.myjoewebb.com Joe@myjoewebb.com
It depends on what you expect your site to do or be for you. Generate leads, look pretty, be an "I love me" site or just a site to refer clients to?
Why not start by doing a Google search for Santa Cruz real estate and see what are the first 10 organic sites that show up? It probably won't be the vendors you always hear about, but they are the sites that probably generate leads. Do you homework and ask site owners questions about how many unique visitors a day are they getting, what percent actually sign-in or request a showing and how many leads do they actually convert to income?
Everyone says they have the best but it may not be the best for you. IMO, the best is one that generates 6-figures of income, however, your best may be entirely different.
Good luck!
