You want me to advertise on National Television?
 
Q. Why would I want to advertise my listing on a nationally televised show?  Real Estate is a LOCAL business.
 
A. When we say you will be nationally advertised we are making a statement that we will reach a broad audience which includes the local community, the East coast, the West coast and everything in-between.  As an example, CSI Miami is a nationally televised show, but you may watch it in the comfort of your local community.
 
Q. You air your show on DirecTV, I only have cable, why should I advertise with you?
 
A. Your preference on the means you receive television is not important. You are trying to reach a buying  audience and DirecTV reaches 27 million households. More importantly, DirecTV  is the exact demographic you need to reach. Highly educated, high wage earning viewers.
 
Q. But everyone in my area has cable.
 
A. Not so! You may not have noticed but many of your neighbors have a satellite dish attached to their home; satellite users have exploded in the past 2 years taking a large percentage of the local cable TV market.
 
Q. You claim to be have your show air in Europe. Why would this matter to me?
 
A. Q. You are speaking about putting the video commercial on the Internet; what does this mean?
 
A. Another explosive aspect of the web has been the heavy use of video. Just about every major website has included video as a means to communicate news, products and services. Sites such as YouTube have become the location of choice for the viewing audience.  We produce your listing commercial, air it on our national TV show(s) and then place the commercial on YouTube, Yahoo!, AOL and Google (in naming a few). The videos will remain on all locations until you tell us to remove it.
 
Q. Is it expensive?
 
A. Compared to running a Saturday classified ad, not at all. A 40 second commercial will be produced, aired and distributed to web portals for $199.00.
