Update on Skyway Heights and Top of Skyway

We are certainly having a cold and long winter but that does not stop the real estate market.

Currently there is one home for sale in Skyway Heights and five for sale in Top of Skyway. Five properties sold in Skyway Heights last year and eleven sold in Top of Skyway.  I would consider that a very good year in real estate for these areas as our market has slowed down.  Prices of these homes range from $500.000 to $750,000.
