I read in our Realtor News Online today that the Homebuyer Tax Credit Loans are still on track. The technical details are still being finalized. This is good news again for first time home buyers or buyers who have not owned a home in the last 3 years. There are rules and guidelines to qualify for this tax credit but is well worth checking out his option if you have good credit. This opportunity is over at the end of this year.
