We currently live in Austin Heights. My husband is a custom home builder and wanted to build a home here for us as the view of the mountain range is awesome. We enjoy each day here with great neighbors and delightful views. How peaceful!!
There are currently 15 homes for sale in Austin Heights. Most of them are new builds. Sixteen homes sold last year. Price ranges of these homes are from $385,000 to $589,000.

We are certainly having a cold and long winter but that does not stop the real estate market.
Currently there is one home for sale in Skyway Heights and five for sale in Top of Skyway. Five properties sold in Skyway Heights last year and eleven sold in Top of Skyway. I would consider that a very good year in real estate for these areas as our market has slowed down. Prices of these homes range from $500.000 to $750,000.
