In January 2009 my new startup, Woolley | Robertson Group (WRG), will be launching a new web application. The name of the web app is:

dwellicious.com

It's a combination of the word "dwell", meaning home, and "delicious" meaning yummy!

It's a social bookmarking site for real estate. What is social bookmarking? The most popular of the social bookmarking sites is delicious.com (sound familar?). Delicious is owned by Yahoo!

For our first post I'll keep things simple. Just check out this great video by the guys at Common Craft.

Later I will talk about what dwellicious.com will do and how you as a real estate professional can benefit from this great marketing tool.
