A little late in the day to be posting, I know. Please forgive me, I've been doing a lot of research putting together information that I think you, as a follower of this blog, would be interested in viewing.
I've also been gathering information on how to make this more of an interactive place where we can discuss the issues and hot topics in Real Estate.
So far You've all been stopping by and reading what we have to post here, but there's not a lot of feedback as far as comments are concerned.
I've been trying to figure out why that is, I decided to go straight to the source the readers of this blog.
Can you take a second to tell me what you like and/or dislike about the blog?
As a reader what information would you like to see discussed here?
What makes you decided to leave a comment on something you've read?
I would greatly appreciate any input you have to offer!
That being said let's move on to todays topic!!
The Senate vote on Tuesday in regards to the dissaloution of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
I know we're a little late to the party, just in case you haven't read the article yet, stop by DSNew.com and take a look at what Carrie Bay has to say about what went down.
Do you agree with the vote? How about the amendment that was passed requiring lenders to verify borrowers ability to repay loans? Do you think perhaps they are a little late to the party?
I'd love to hear what you think? |
