Took a look at some numbers this morning... with all of the increase in Condos in the lakes area as well as "New Listings"; hope you find the below numbers interesting.
January - July 2007*
NUMBER OF SOLD LISTINGS down 33
MEDIAN SALE PRICE down 32.43%
NUMBER OF NEW LISTINGS up 104
MEDIAN LIST PRICE up 24.87%
Basically - an Increase in Listings over last year at this time, Higher List price with Less Sales and Lower Sales Price. All this equals a Buyers Market! Contrary to what consumers might believe, this is no time to sell "For Sale By Owner". With greater options for qualified buyers, your home needs a qualified REALTOR to represent you.
