Palm synch issue

Hello! Hoping someone can advise what to do.
I have a 755 P and it's not syncing with the Palm (where I have my memos) but DOES sync with Agent Office. Is it possible to have both happen? I thought it did work, but when I add a memo on my desktop, it never updates the 755P; it's the same if I update on the phone..it doesn't update on the laptop. I don't use the Palm addresses (there are some on the laptop) but DO use the Agent Office addresses.

Does your 755p go through the hotsync operation or does nothing happen? Take a picture with camera, add one name to your 755p in contacts and sync to see if they move over to computer.

Group MemberDick, I did the sync. The contact went in OK. I don't know where to look for the photo (on the laptop).

Go to your Palm Desktop Software, on the left hand side you will see "Media", click on there and your photos should open. Let me know.

Group MemberDick, I've found the Media list, but no transfer of photos/movies (which ARE on the phone. The TEST contact went into Agent Office, but is not in the Palm software. I really just want the MEMOS & Photos to transfer, as I use AO for contacts & appointments, to do's, etc.
How do I delete the photos/movies I know longer want from the phone?

Group MemberWouldn't you know, now I'm having sync problems. Several weeks ago I couldn't sync. Dick and Larry fixed me right up. Now I can sync my phone with my desktop but it will not sync my calendar or contacts. Those two things are mightily important. My cable is fine, my phone works fine. Help?
