Exchange Active Sync and SSL

My company recently upgraded to Exchange 2007. Prior to the upgrade my Treo 755p would sync contacts, calendar and emails perfectly. Not now. I know this is a bit technical, but it has to do with the Security Certificate. Has anyone had/solved this problem? I now have the dumbest smartphone ever.
