Palm Pre Owners and Maybe Owners

I have the Tablet tx1320us. Have never gotten past issues with Vista 32 bit and Outlook crashing (as it did today/usually when hooked up to the docking station and usinmg a keyboard and mouse). I really would like to learn the writing aspect. Anyone up for teaching us???
Hi Group:
Someone has probably answered this already, but the "Palm Pro" (Cousin to the Pre) is Windows based vs. the Palm Operating System.
I am noticing that the battery on my Pre does not last long. I had to stop getting my emails on there, which was a pain for me anyways since I am
at my home office enough in a day to get all my emails in my office. I mosly wanted my emails to come to me when I choose to get them, like it happened on my Treo, so I think I've got that worked out.
So far I love the feel of this phone and I am already used to the touch screen so much so that when I went back on my Treo, I forgot it wasn't that same kind of screen. I haven't given up my Treo 700P with
Verizon yet because I am testing.
Please let us all know how your Pre is going for you.

I am still holding onto the Treo as a back up. Using the Pre for the phone...but as you say the battery is tooooo short for me. I am trying to get the magnetic charger but the stores are out. Otherwise, I love the phone, the feel the ease..
I can only find one simple calculator on the Pre..the Treo had a bunch. Has anyone found the financial one...or just one with a % sign??
Very pleased with Sprint coverage...no dead spots.
Group,
Been looking into a few things for us, first battery life, this is my own opinion, I think the battery gets stronger the harder you use it. I know in the past when I unpacked a new device it seemed the battery only lasted so long but 6 months later was lasting 30 to 40% longer.
Calculator, I can't get all the info yet but a new calculator app is coming which will do everything the old Palm calculators did, remember hitting your thumb to the right on 5 way to see other calculators. I am slightly confused about how it will work but sounds like an online calculator which means will be very powerful.
I have been going to the apps catalog every day and seeing the list growing. I hope to see the calculator there soon.
Oh when i-Phone people tell you how Pre only has a few apps, remember the i-Phone started with zero also. Up to 30 apps in 9 days!

Regarding the calculator on the Palm. I never had any luck, even with tech support help, in getting calculator to do any more than one calc at a time. No one could ever get it to multiply a comminssion %, then subtract office % and come up with a total that was accurate. Dick, have you used the calculator like a real one? Thanks, Lois
Pismo,
Yes I have and you can even print your answers. Here's a link explaining how to use the calculator (10 pages)

I am a first time user of the palm treo 750, it's has been difulcult to utilze the sync system for some reason. I have loaded the cd and followed all he steps with little sucess. How is the customer service on this device do they keep you waiting for 2-3 hours trying to work it out or do they resolve the matter quickly.
Kim,
Just want to confirm you have the Treo 750 Windows device. Normally the Window devices sync rather well if you are using Outlook. High number of times it's not the phone it's the computer. I find many times it's the usb's are messed up. Camera's are famous for doing that to your computer.
