<p> I had a treo for a couple of years and then changed to the audiovox pocketpc. It is now time to upgrade and I am considering the Balckberry world phone. My carrier is verizon. I hate to give up the touch screen but am thinking it is time. I&#39;d love to hear if anyone has had experience with this phone. I was planning to wait for the new Thunder but no one seems to know when it will be out. <p> I recently acquired a Verizon smartphone. It is a broadband smartphone. It has all the bells and whistles. I wanted to use the Windows Mobile 6 professional to view my email. Seems to be a big glitch. You can not spam out junk email, and there is no process to delete items from your outlook inbox. So emails that you already viewed on your notebook computer, continue to pile up in your inbox on your smartphone. Anyone experiencing similar problems? Suggestions, comments would be greatly appreciated. </p>

<p> Ok, here&#39;s my question! I do get e-mail to my phone, but attachments are always removed. I can&#39;t open html items. I questioned Verizon (my provider) and they said I could download a program for a html reader to my phone and that should work. So, do I do that from my phone or do I download to my laptop and then it sync&#39;s that way? I have the Treo 700P. What do you think? Thanks for any input! Judy </p>

<p> I have used the at&amp;t 8525 for the last year and have had continually bad service with it, dropped calls, my voice going in and out and I was told that it is because of the carrier and that in my area, northbern suburbs of chicagoland that I should have a verizon carrier instead of aT&amp;T. So, now that I am switching telephone companies, I want to change phones and I want to know which phone you all recommend that can easily synch with my &quot;act&quot; program as well as being a window based phone? I would be eternally grateful to any of you to share your experiences with me and advise me as to which phone I should purchase. I&#39;m told that the $175 fee to change from AT&amp;T will be waived for me by Verizon. Please help me make a decision. Marlene </p>
