My goal with posting my blog is to inform agents of options they have in mobile technology, management programs and other subjects they will find useful in their daily life.  My claim to fame is my laid back easy going nature when it comes to speaking.  I also promote as many things as possible the agent can use or find for free.  I teach getting the most out of devices and systems with out expensive add on products.  Some people don't like what I teach but most of them are selling something which you can figure out why.
