What a geat time to sit down and write your business plan for the year! One of my seminars is titled "Build Your Business to Sell" where I explain what an agent should be doing to build their Business.
Many Real Estate Professionals run their business without clear defined goals and direction. Most agents are stomping out fires and allowing their business to run them. It’s time to take charge! Create a “Master Plan” for both your career and your LIFE!
Every agent needs a Business Plan for the next 6 months, then for months 6 thru 12 and where they want to be 5 years from now. Now don't just list you want to do so many million by then and this much more etc.
As a new agent or an existing agent, it is essential to develop and maintain a basic understanding of the changing real estate world in which we operate. Listed below are a few aspects of your business you need to consider.
