This week's speaking location is one of the places I really look forward to visiting.  I am writing this blog from my hotel room in Carson City, NV.  Tomorrow will be the 3rd time I have spoke in Carson City, not counting the 5 times I have spoke in Reno.  What makes this trip so special? The Ponderosa!  Yep the home of the long running TV show Bonanza.

Before you start with all the "Gee Dick I didn't know you were that old comments", if you remember Bonanza then your old too!  It first came on the air in 1959 and ran for 14 years being the number one show four years and in the top ten another 10 years.  I don't think you can drive from Reno to Carson City without thinking about it.  Today I detoured thru Virginia City and as I drove up the mountain the theme song started in my head.  I gazed out across the hills and could almost see Ben, Adam, Little Joe and of course my favorite because we are so much alike Hoss.

I guess that song will be stuck in my head until I head up around Ashville, NC and get such a strong urge to whistle!

What does this have to do with real estate, NOTHING!  Take a break now and then!
