New Group available for short sale support !

In case you haven't noticed, there is a growing trend of SHORT SALES in most markets.  I have chosen to take on the challenge of short sales as I found there was  a need for experienced agents with the clients interests at heart. 

When I help people in a short sale transaction, it is typically after they've exhausted efforts with their lender(s).  The sad truth is, many lenders won't help - or can't.  Many people clearly got in over their heads.  Many are moving for a job or other reasons and simply can't sell for what they owe.  Still others have a true hardship.   So what to do? Well, I do my level best to help them in the most ethical way that I can. 

To that end, I have started a new realtown support group for fellow short sale real estate professionals.  So join me and share, get info, and maybe even vent - the group is for all things short sales.
