Argentina land of Opportunity

In my opinion Argentina has great opportunities to invest in Land or Property .

Argentina's bordered by Chile to the west; Bolivia, Paraguay, Brazil and Uruguay to the north, and the Atlantic Ocean to the south. It's Capital City is Buenos Aires ,with a Population of approximately 15 Million. The City is overwhelming big. Some of Argentina's characteristics are world-famous, while it's other charms have gone unheard of. Everyone knows it is the home of the Tango, but less well-known is the fact that Ushuaia, on its lower shore, is the southernmost town in the world.

A first-time foreign investor, as in any country can't be expected to simply drop in and get up-to-speed immediately. You need a local expert to help you understand the ins and outs of the market-especially in a place as diverse as Argentina. That was the reason of my trip to educated and familiarize my self with Companies and Realtors in Argentina.

Most Property in Argentina is titled, and the country has a sophisticated land registry, through which you can easily trace the ownership of property. Nevertheless, I recommend that you take out title insurance for any property purchase in Argentina.

Patagonia is a brand in itself, including Mendoza and its wonderful wine region and Bariloche and the lake region including San Martin de los Andes. Mendoza concentrates the best regions for wineries and vineyard properties. The wonderful climate is due to its location at the foot of the Andes. Mendoza is the fifth-largest wine producing region in the, world-grapevines were first planted by Jesuit missionaries in 1556. Nearly 80% of Argentina's wines are produced here, including Argentina's signature wine, the rich, deep-garnet Malbec-often called Argentina's zinfandel. And let me tell you that the wine is exquisite, I had a personal wine tasting experience that was fantastic.

Charming Córdoba is the nation's second largest city and is located near the center of the country. Founded by Jeronimo Luis de Cabrera in 1573.The cosmopolitan city of 1.3 million residents has a historic city center and trendy restaurants and shops all within walking distance. In regards to the cultural center, Córdoba is home to music and artistic festivals, and numerous small theaters and performance cafés. The place where history chose to live in "Estancia La Paz" is located in Ascochinga, in the providence of Cordoba a place with unique climate and scenery that blends with history and tradition. Jose A.Roca, who was twice President of Argentina was the owner of "Estancia La Paz", now a new alternative for those who are looking to relax, play polo, golf or go Dove Shooting. There are no limits or seasons on dove shooting in Argentina. Near

" Estancia La Paz" you will find the biggest dove concentration of the world. Property prices in Córdoba are a bit less than properties you will find for sale in Buenos Aires and the farther you get from the city into the suburbs-and even farther into the province-the further your dollar will go.

If this made you curios about Argentina give me a call or email me and I will tell you all about it. Argentines diversity ranges from skiing to polo and from wine tasting to dancing the Tango in the streets of Buenos Aires it is a fascinating Country.
