For most people, there is a big difference between work and play. Work is something you have to do, play is something you choose to do. I believe the greatest job is when you can't tell the difference, and you are at your best when you absolutely love what you are doing. This is so true and everyone around us can tell. I always seek to work with professionals who have a deep commitment to what they do. Thie only comes from deep within, from the heart and soul. It's funny, I had lunch with John Madden several years ago. He said something that has always stuck with me. "Do what you love and do it 110%".

Of all the agents I have met from around the country and around the world, you exemplify this the most. Thank you for being a fabulous leader during these chaotic times we live in. You are appreciated far more than you will ever know.

Many have said that I have nothing else but I really enjoy my work - to me work is fun. By the way I do have something else - a great family and a magnificent worldwide networking group along with a loadf happy customers.
