I just returned from the South Carolina Real Estate Convention in Charleston.  It's theme was Branching Out.  It was an excellent theme because there were so many limbs to climb out on with the various topics available.  Not surprisingly, though, many of them focused on technology and web tools.  And, although I have been researching this for some time, I really learned a lot. 

I also had the opportunity to meet realtors from across the state and learn from them as well.

Most of the speakers were well versed in their respective fields: email, wireless office, blogging, marketing, tax write-offs, short sales, effective contracts, personal promotion, free internet/online marketing, etc.  Now where else can you get such a variety of action packed information in one place in such a short period of time?

It was well worth the time and money and I encourage  everyone to participate.
