RealtyTrac does a good job selling to Realtors. They even sell the leads that come to them from your web site to other Realtors for a fee. It's a good business model for them.

To keep your leads you must find another Foreclosure information provider who provides the search experience on you web site. I found one but they are expensive, $49.00 per month.

Anybody out their solve the RealtyTrac, etc problem?
