I'm looking for an online transaction manager with an open API to integrate into Salesforce, actually the Cumulus real estate implementation of Salesforce. Since Saleforce is open, it's important to have a TM that can integrate easily and openly.

I've been looking at Relay and Sureclose has pulled their agent edition so need some need comers to the scene.

I have been an active user of SettlementRoom for many years. I do know they previously had an integration with AA Outlook from SonomaEnterprises. Active Agent for Outlook is a real estate specific add on to Outlook and is a perfect contact management program for real estate.
