Online Transaction Management

<p> RealtyTrac does a good job selling to Realtors. They even sell the leads that come to them from your web site to other Realtors for a fee. It&#39;s a good business model for them. </p> <p> To keep your leads you must find another Foreclosure information provider who provides the search experience on you web site. I found one but they are expensive, $49.00 per month. </p> <p> Anybody out their solve the RealtyTrac, etc problem? </p> <p> </p>

<p> Can anyone recommend a good VA that is also transaction manager or client care coordinator. I&#39;ve decided to go this route and I figure I&#39;ll use the favorite software of the VA. I like settlement room and Relay but I am open to trying anything. </p>

<p> I am about to buy Agent Office. I had Top Producer at an assistants request, but she&#39;s now gone. I like Desk Top versions of things. I know the downsides, but I access everything through <a href="http://www.gotomypc.com">www.gotomypc.com</a>. I feel too restrained having to pay a monthly fee to keep my data up and alive. And, yes, I know I can download it if I choose to move on, but who needs the hassel. </p> <p> Comments about AO are invited. </p>

<p> I&#39;m looking for an online transaction manager with an open API to integrate into Salesforce, actually the Cumulus real estate implementation of Salesforce. <p> I have spent the past few days speaking with two dominant Online Transaction Management Companies, and I am pleased to announce that they have agreed to provide this discussion group with the opportunity to have a live account to create sample real transactions online in order to have a hands on experience in understanding the benefits of online transaction management and processing listing and sales transactions online. </p> <p> Experiencing this live will be much better than reading information on a Website or viewing sales brochures and pdf documents. </p> <p> I also hope to be able to obtain a few other companies willing to provide us with the same opportunity. I am still making phone calls, returning voice mail messages and following up with email. </p> <p> In order to get this started, I am now working on creating user names and logs ons to accomodate the discussion group, creating a few listing and sale transations to get started with and hopefully having enough time to create some action plans and activities involved in marketing a listing and processing a sale trnasaction to get us started. </p> <p> I hope to be ready with two online transaction platforms to get us started within the next few days.
