Hollywood Neighborhood Picnic features Live Music, Food and Fun at Hollywood Community House on Sunday, June 22, 2008 |
The Hollywood Citizens Association (HCA) is sponsoring a neighborhood picnic on Sunday, June 22, 2008, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, at the Hollywood Community House in Brookfield , IL.
The Hollywood Neighborhood Picnic is sponsored by the HCA to bring Hollywood residents together for an afternoon of neighborly fun and will feature a live band from 12:00 to 3:00 PM, face painting for children from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, a fire truck from the Brookfield Fire Department, and classic cars presented by Hollywood Motors.
Popcorn and lemonade will be available for free to HCA members and for sale to the public. Beer, hot dogs, hamburgers, and chips will be for sale by Johnny B's Bar and Grill and Italian ice will be for sale by The Station restaurant.
The HCA was created in 1915 to advance and promote the physical, moral, and social welfare of the Hollywood community and to maintain and preserve the Hollywood Community House, at the corner of Washington Ave. and Hollywood Ave. in Brookfield, IL .
