a-men LOL
How long will it be, before Obama decides that along with CEO's and others in the financial sector, that those in real estate "make too much money?"
Thanks to only one political party running everything, it isn't a far fetched thought at all.
Also, thanks to having only one political party running everything, they won't have anyone else to blame when (not if) everything goes wrong. Four months into their total control and it already looks like we have a huge mess on our hands. The next three and a half years of this kind of stuff doesn't look good at all.
Next time, let's elect adults to run the country.

"Who is monitoring this BLOG? This rant has not place in this Real Estate Blog. Please stop this kind of abuse of a forum not intended for Political discussion."
Amen, Brother! It would seem that there are plenty of outlets for one's political opinions....perhaps we can focus on building up this valuable resource to expand our businesses more?
It's a great day here on the lake in Reston.....hope it's a great day wherever you are, too...no matter your political persuasion!
I agree this site is for real estate so take your spin and go somewhere else please, We wish to speak of more important matter.
Glenn Beck put it best.
What is at stake in the USA today is NOT whether a given political point of view has a little "D" or a little "R" after it, it's that politicians of both persuasions are no longer listening to the people of this country.
Polls may be showing that less people say they are "Republican" now, but because of their Liberal bias they avoid telling you that less people are saying they are "Democrats" also. Both parties are disappointing those that supported them.
Neither party is for you and me, they are for staying in power and tripping up the other side with "gotchas!" Meanwhile, serious problems are handled on a basis of what is best for that political point of view, and not what we, as a people, want.
Instead of concentrating on the economy right now, the focus is on someone that never should have been Speaker of the House in the first place, and her inability to tell the truth or admit she is wrong. Are these the qualities you want in our leadership? Is clinging to your political party line MORE important than having effective leadership in these dire times?
I guess for the ones that spout off "because of Bush" as the sum total of their political, intellectual thought, it IS more important. And if that is the case, then there is only one way to end it.......total collapse.

As for the foolish Realtors who air their political views out in the breeze: why be stupid? Don't you realize that you are throwing away half of all your customers?

Please, please. Can we keep this blog about real estate? I have unsubscribed to numerous other sites because they lost track of what they were about. I would hate to see the same thing happen here. This discussion belongs else where. Thanks
Gary,
I thought politics is our world. Nothing gets accomplished unless we communicate about everything. Friendly communication out to you Gary. Thanks

RPAC SEEMS TO BE SAYING 'MY WAY, OR THE HIGHWAY.' -- UGH
NO POLITICS THERE --- LOL
Incidentally, I do not live a 'double life.' Too challenging these days !!! I usually don't discuss 'politics' with clients, but none of my clients would shrink away from me if they read any of the comments in this comments chain.
Its not like advocating for child molester's rights, or some rediculous or controversal position.
SO TO RESTATE MY ORIGINAL POSITION, WHAT HAPPENS FINANCIALLY IN AMERICA AND THE WORLD HAS A DIRECT IMPACT ON THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION --- IN CASE WE HAVEN'T ALL NOTICED ALREADY ANYWAY. THE POLITICS AND LAW THAT IMPACT THAT FINANCIAL REALITY ARE GERMAINE SUBJECTS OF EXPERT DISCUSSION, AS OPPOSED TO 'WHY WON'T ---- IT ---- ALL JUST GO AWAY ALREADY.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE -- THEN PLEASE DON'T, BUT ALSP PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT MY RIGHT TO RAISE THESE ISSUES.
YOU MAY BE THE NUMBER 1 SALESPERSON IN YOUR OFFICE AND YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GET ANY NUMBER OF PEOPLE FIRED BY THREATENING TO QUIT THERE IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR WAY.
THIS FOURM ISN'T YOUR OFFICE.
