If you are trying to direct some of RealTown's traffic to your personal website, it looks like you have made a good start so far ;) The key here is to have your profile completed (yours is here) and include a link to your site on your profile. You have already done that. Your profile is tied to EVERYTHING you do at RealTown, so the more your contribute, the more people click through to visit your profile, and the more people click through to visit your site. As you start joining more groups and communities, or even start up your blog (an optional step) you'll probably start to participate in conversation more often. As you do that, people will start clicking through to your profile and website to learn more about you and as an added bonus you'll start to rank higher here at RealTown when someone decides to do a search for an agent in your area. I guess the key here is participation ;)
