I went to one of Craig's seminars a few years ago. It was extremely
overwhelming, IMO all they want you to do is invest your money in
everything else they were selling.  There were some good ideas he had, but
he had Talking House, his website, his coaches, an 800# company, tapes, I
can't remember everything there but it was sell, sell, sell!  So if you
did sign up for his website, I'll bet you'll be getting tons of email for
his other services.  I don't believe he is about helping out us agents, he
is about Craig Proctor.

I'm sure anything he can offer in his website, you can get the same thing
with Point2 and probably better customer service.

The main concept behind Craig Proctor is response generated marketing.
Add a bunch of compelling reports to your website that require the
viewer to enter their email to get them then place ads all over the
place to market the site.

They do offer a 3 month trial but unless you plan to immediately start
off by investing in ad placement or PPC then the 3 months is useless.
At the end of the 3 months, you will have to pay a setup fee of
$199.00 if you keep the site plus $150.00/month. A hard decision to
make if you haven't marketed the site to see if the concept works.

They also offer a $60.00/month site that gives you all the free
reports to offer but you are not allowed to place listings on the site
plus some other advanced features. I don't believe the link for their
other plans is easy to find. It is:

http://successwebsite.com/packages.asp

In addition, they advise that you are better off running a non-branded
website (no broker or agent info) if you want to get more leads. This
makes total sense but may or may not be legal in your particular state.

The other writer is correct. If you have access to or can write your
own compelling reports you can offer them on your own site. The appeal
of Craig Proctor is that they have done all this work for you.

I recently attended a Craig Proctor seminar in Las Vegas. It was not well attended. I did sign up to attend his SUPERCONFERENCE next month in Phoenix, AZ. I am reading the various comments from others and believe one thing is important to keep in mind. Proctor's system to me, helps organize my business after an initial period of hard work. My exposure to other real estate "professionals" is they don't want to work. The rewards (money) yes, but not the hard work.

Time will tell if I sign up for the long haul.
