Congratulations to the CityScape Sales Team!
Blogging and Social Networking is the future of real estate marketing and you are one of the first at Sussex & Reilly. I plan on being a frequent contributor to this site as well as my own (I am launching it later this week).

Any news on Ground Floor retail tenants?
Will there be a starbucks or other coffee shop?

We can neither confirm a Starbucks or gourmet coffee shop at this time. The spaces are just now being offered for purchase and no finalized tenants.
We are l ooking for high quality retail business that reflect then neighborhood collectively. As we secure tenants, I will keep this blog posted.
