I find in this market that many people have found their dream home in a move up price and want to purchase it but must first sell the home they presently own. I market a beautiful subdivision in Tuscaloosa, AL that is seemingly a slow sell but the truth is many of the homes are waiting for a buyer who is actively trying to sell their home in order to purchase.

Tuscaloosa's market is much better than most and the economy here is strong. Unfortunately, many prospective buyers are concerned about the housing market and economy because of the negative publicity in the paper and on television. Current gas prices put a significant damper on our lookers also. Fewer Sunday lookers are coming into neighborhoods.
