WOW! If you are a buyer sitting on the fence, time to get off! My phone has been ringing off the hook for information about great properties.  I answered 4 calls in less than 30 minutes about the same home.  I am hearing at Central Texas agents are receiving multiple offers in the past three weeks.  As a buyer's agent, it is important to remember that the market still tips in the buyer's favor, but you will loose the home you want if you try to low-ball a seller.  It's just not worth it.  Allow me to do your homework, keep you head straight, and your eye on the ball.  Your dream home will be yours!
