Ok, fellow REALTORS and property owners in Texas! Today was an amazing day!  Where else, but in Texas, can we take 1600 of our fellow REALTORS and visit sitting Representatives and Senators to talk about what is BEST for Texas property rights!  AWESOME!  Today I was present at the meetings with 7 legislators, from freshman representatives to seasoned senators.  The Texas Assocation of REALTORS is the largest trade organization in the state, and our message was spot-on .  We talked about tax issues, disclosure issues, insurance issues....you name it, we covered it.  The elected officials really understand the importance of protecting our real estate market in Texas.  We know that Texas is leading the nation in the real estate industry right now, and the reason is because of the efforts made by REALTORS from across the state.  We  take time away from making money to save Texas property owners money.   Isn't that cool??  I'll be posting pics on my facebook page....so check it out to enjoy the thrill of the Hill!
